This is an excellent opportunity for the java/j2ee developer that is looking to make that move into a team lead role.  The team lead will be accountable for all development project tasks and for mentoring and coaching of junior software developers.  

•	Team Lead must work closely with architects to ensure proper system design
•	Assists team members and other project leads in the day to day activities related to project work
•	View software packages, products, and define, prioritize, plan and implement solutions across multiple complex projects
•	Provide status reports to manager and review boards on complex development projects
•	Guide and direct project teams in the requirement gathering, design and development of complex applications/programs
•	Promote and follow the established processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards.
•	Ensure compliance and conduct appropriate test reviews as necessary
•	Ensures highest quality implementations from design through QA to production
•	Ensures the team comprehends and applies the established processes, policies, standards and procedures

Requirements
•	1-2 years of Team Lead experience
•	Heavy front end web experience
•	J2EE, Struts, Spring
