Required Skills:
* Three or more years experience with JSP
* Understanding of Custom Tags
* Experience with Java and or .NET
* Ability to write HTML on the fly, without the aid of an HTML WYSIWYG editor
* Deep understanding of CSS

AJAX, DOJO

Non-Tech Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
