This is an exciting new position to work on a growing team of developers. The position is looking for:

Extensive experience with Java/J2EE application development and API development 
·         At least two years experience developing web applications for consumers and/or business customers

·         An understanding and appreciation of what it takes to develop scalable, maintainable, and supportable enterprise quality applications.

·         Significant experience in creating applications using HTML and RIA development tools (e.g., Dreamweaver, Flex Builder) and sophisticated web creation languages (e.g., Java, Javascript, Flex & ActionScript 3)
Development and implementation experience with application servers (i.e. BEA Weblogic, Tomcat, JBoss)

·         Rapid system implementation project experience, with exposure to multiple stages of the system development lifecycle

·         Strong object oriented analysis and design skills 

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Self starter who can work effectively independently as well as in cross functional team environments
