HOT Java Engineer! 
We are seeking an experienced Java/Web developer to program, develop and support Java applications.  Candidate must have at least four years Java, J2EE, Web Services, and Servlets work experience, as well as HTML, XML, JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets experience.  Must be Proficient in SQL, have working knowledge of Unix commands, experience in managing projects through the whole life cycle, and have excellent communication skills.  Perl and Shell Scripting, Flash, SOAP, UDDI, WSDL, RAD6, Eclipse or WSAD IDE experience is a plus. 

 
Specifications / Qualifications 
Experience in the complete development life cycle 
Minimum six years experience 
Advance competency in all processes involved in systems analysis and use of appropriate tools for resolution, including design factors, hardware and software requirements and systems facilities/environment 
Participate in at least two major systems projects  
Excellent organizational skills 
Excellent verbal and communication skills 
Advance interpersonal skills 
Proficiency with Microsoft Products, specifically Visual Studio 2005, VB. Net 
Project leadership skills
