Senior Developer 
 
Senior Developer will join team responsible for the Customer Masterfile Project. Develop and implement software enhancements with minimal/no supervision. Resolve problems within assigned applications with minimal supervision. Develop and execute unit test plans and verify all test results. Provides 7/24 on-call (when scheduled) and problem resolution for the application. 
 
Qualification and Skills Required:
4 year college degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 
5+ years of experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE and Struts/Spring/ Hibernate, Oracle Portal 
Continuing education attitude to remain up-to-date on changing technologies 
Ability to follow all company policies and procedures 
Excellent communication and writing skills to communicate technical information clearly to both users and technical people
