•	7+ years work experience in developing JAVA applications 
•	2+ years of experience in the design and development of large enterprise class projects
•	Solid understanding of J2EE architecture and Design Patterns
•	Experience with advanced OOA/OOD techniques to design enterprise applications
•	Experience with current versions of WebSphere or WebLogic Application Servers
•	Experience with XML-related technologies including XSLT and SOAP
•	Knowledge in open source technologies (Hibernate, Spring, Struts etc.)
