What you get to do:
Candidates for this position will be responsible for full-life cycle development.  Ideal candidates for this position will have a firm understanding of development on a variety of platforms and environments.  Strong knowledge with support and testing is highly desired.  Candidates for this position must be interested in dabbling in.Net development down the road.  This candidate will need to be able to work well in a group as well as independently.

What you need to know:
-	Candidate must have strong Java development experience.
-	Experience with EJB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and XML is a must.
-	Strong Knowledge with Object Oriented Programming and Aspect Oriented Programming is needed.
-	Experience with UNIX, .Net programming, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) is a strong plus.
-	Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or other related field is a must.
