We need someone who is heavy, strong, expert level on EJB's. I have ran this add a few times and keep getting people that can't pass the technical interview. We don't need someone that can do both front and backend, We need someone on the backend and someone that does 90-100% backend development. 

SKILLS: EJB, session beans, Oracle, pl/sql (preferred). T
