A client of ours located in the Galleria/Cumberland area of Atlanta is in need of a Sr. Java Developer for a full-time direct hire opportunity.  *Only candidates who can legally work in the U.S. without sponsorship will be considered*    

Responsibilities:
• Implement integration solutions to provide connectivity between key enterprise applications and additional supporting systems as required
•Assist in designing, constructing, maintaining and managing e-commerce account management web application overall goal being to empower the customer to manage the customer service experience 
•Build customer personalization layer, authentication layer, and common look and feel on top of web services provided by CRM, Billing, Payment, Network Management 
• Build web applications that provide customers to monitor and manage voice and data networks
• Build web applications that permit customers to administer other client provided applications and services (e.g., e-mail, v-mail, web hosting, vpn) 
• Build and manage partner relationship management applications that facilitate client’s partners to manage their account
•Participate in defining business processes and information flow requirements

Required Skills:
•At least three years experience developing web based applications for consumers and/or business customers to manage network devices (e.g., Cisco Routers, switches)
• Extensive experience with JAVA/J2EE application development and API development 
•Experience with Webservices,  SOAP and XML 
•Software development methodology experience relevant to e-commerce (e.g., requirements definition, testing) within a n-Tier architecture 
• Significant experience in creating applications using sophisticated web creation languages (e.g., Java, PERL, Jython, Javascript, SQL, XSL)
• LDAP and Active Directory Authentication and Management Skills
• Development and implementation experience with application servers (i.e. BEA Weblogic, tomcat)
• Rapid system implementation project experience, with exposure to multiple stages of the system development lifecycle
• Oracle and/or MySQL database experience
• Experience with Web services (e.g., SOAP )
• Application tuning and stabilization experience
• Strong object oriented analysis and design skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self starter who can work effectively independently as well as in cross functional team environment

Desired
• Experience with leading CRM packages (e.g., Siebel, Clarify) and leading Telecom billing vendors (e.g., Daleen Billplex/RevChain, Saville Express, Portal)
• Experience with Design Patterns
• Marketing, Sales, Order Management, and Customer Care business process expertise
• Telecommunications industry knowledge and experience
• Technical undergraduate degree / graduate degree
