Atlanta Jr.-Mid Level Java Programmer Job Description:
Our client, a major retail company located in the Dunwoody area of Atlanta, is currently looking for a Java developer for a permanent position. The salary for this opportunity is 78,000. 

EXCLUSIVE:

Our client is looking for a mid-level (3 years) JAVA/J2EE developer to work in a permanent role. The current group consists of (5 Developers-4 junior and 1 Lead), this position would report to the lead developer. Work will
primarily consist of continued design/development of both the INTRA-NET site that is focused on information/report distribution to the field office/store locations; as well as the new WEBSITE that is a full commerce/business to consumer site that launched earlier this year.

JAVA, J2EE, EJBs and JSP are required development tools.

HTML is preferred.

WebSphere (IBM WebSphere e-commerce application) would be a HUGE plus


This system runs on an SQL database and legacy data was developed in COBOL (not required).
