•Install and configure J2EE Application servers and related applications
•Build and test J2EE application from scratch 
•Develop application utilizing J2EE frameworks
•Mentor development team on designs and frameworks

Skills:
•Ten or more years work experience
•Four or more years J2EE experience
•Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of common Design Patterns
•Excellent communication and people skills required
•Experience with building Enterprise JAVA application 
•Familiar with security framework; experience with Active Directory necessary
•Experience with JBoss Application Server necessary
•Experience using Spring MVC Framework necessary
•Experience with IBatis or Hibernate 
•Experience using JUnit or SpringUnit necessary
