As a senior developer, the candidate will handle both independent projects and team projects; play key role in design efforts for highly technical software solutions. Extensive design responsibilities but will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: 
•	BS Computer Science or related field with solid academic record; MS preferred 
•	Min 3-5+ years of experience software application development 
•	3+ years coding in Java. 

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: 
•	Must have strong background in Java (J2SE, J2EE) and OOD analysis, design and implementation 
•	Should have expertise in web and server application architectures and multi-threaded programming and design patterns. 
•	Previous experience with relational databases 
•	Must be experienced with full software lifecycle experience - taking a software product from concept to delivery. 

PREFERRED SOFT SKILLS: 
•               Analyze complex data and develop logical solutions to problems 
•	Prioritize complex and demanding work loads 
•	Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships 
•	An aggressive self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision
•	Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships
•	Oracle 9i or 10g experience will be a big plus
•	Experience with Hibernate
•	Experience with Spring
•	Experience with JMS
•	Experience with Ant, SVN, CruiseControl
