J2EE DEVELOPMENT/Architecture experience
Solid TIM/TAM Experience 
Certifications in Security is a certain plus 
Enterprise level Experience in devising Security Standards, rolling out Security Architecture among multiple systems 
Has done a few Security Implementations on a J2EE stack. 
Integration Experience with multiple Systems. 
Able to design and Develop with J2EE stacks and Security Stacks 
Exposure to Rational Suite would be required. 
Developing Front end Web components using Web sphere Portal is a certain plus.
