As a part of the team, you will be responsible for designing/developing new applications based on a large data-centric system. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include: analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and support. You must be able to work with management, marketing, quality control, support, and other engineers in the group.

Required Skills:
•	6+years of software development experience 
•	XML experience 
•	Server-side development or business layer development
•	4+ years of solid J2EE (EJB) programming
•	3+ years of Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL coding is a plus
•	3+ years of UNIX development- Linux preferred
•	Experience with Application Servers (i.e. JBoss, Weblogic)
•	Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
•	Excellent communication & writing skills 
•	Must be a quick learner and a self-starter
•	Experience with OOD, UML modeling tools & the use of design patterns
•	Ability to operate in a team environment and under tight deadlines
