Job description:
Our Client is looking for a Java Developer Lead for a position located in Austin, TX.
The position will initially be for 3 months but could be extended to 12+ months for the right candidate.

Experience:

1) Architect Experience (2-3 years)

2) Development Experience (4-5 years)

3) Management Experience (3-4 years)

4) Excellent communication skills

5) Experience with driving large projects to completion.

6) Experience with working on a project where team players are dispersed across the US.
