Lead Java Developer needed to work with Design Engineers and Business Analysts in translating business requirements and high level designs into software specifications utilizing design constructs and standards of development. Develop work plans and schedules for project level development efforts.
Supervise integration of subsystems into a cohesive system.
Ensure all software conforms to design and coding standards.

Participate in technical/professional training.
Development experience utilizing JAVA, HTML, ORACLE, XML languages and previous Lead experience.
Full life-cycle development.
-80%-90% new development
- We are using the latest JAVA technologies, including SQL Server 2005, JSF, Struts, Full Lifecycle, multiplatform, exc. 
- Ability to grow within the organization

Job Restrictions:
----------------

-5-7 years development experience 
-3-4 years experience as Senior or Lead S/W Engr 
-Required Key Languages: JAVA, HTML, ORACLE,  XML, J2EE language design  skills, Oracle Pl/SQL design skills and Object Oriented design skills 
-Full life-cycle development 
-Project level leadership and Object Oriented design methodology experience

Candidates must have Oracle and UNIX.
