Our client is a fast-moving; E-commerce based company located in Dunwoody, GA. Due to high growth and an increased volume of customer opportunities, they are looking for a senior developer to join their team on a contract to permanent basis. This fantastic opportunity includes salary, stock options, potential bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The developer will focus on implementing our client’s Online technology solutions...Our customer has a very unique business that is dedicated to assisting the online public in bundling of household services and support. Their offices are located near Perimeter Mall in class A office space. Major 

Responsibilities: 
The Developer is responsible for writing application code that supports the implementation, operation, maintenance, and continuing technical improvements to the public web site, public e-mail campaigns, and other systems that support our client’s online presence. This role calls for a high-energy, customer focused individual that will be dedicated to total process and application improvement. 

Specific duties include: 
• Translate product requirements into a web or e-commerce application to best support web initiatives • Deliver projects and change requests on time, within budget, and within specification • Implement and integrate the CMS, AMS, and Web Analytics solutions • Research and recommend innovative uses of technology that add value to the Online presence and that are consistent with our strategy 

Required Competencies: 
• Extensive web and e-commerce development experience • Excellent Java (back-end primarily), Object-Oriented Design, and Relational Database skills • Prior experience with Spring MVC web framework is a strong plus, but mastery of Struts or other MVC framework is acceptable. • DHTML, JavaScript (browser DOM manipulation) is preferred. Experience with a JavaScript framework (Prototype, Dojo) is a strong plus. • Excellent communication skills • Ability to strike the necessary balance between a sense of urgency and the benefits of process orientation. • Ability to align technology priorities with business imperatives • Proven team player 

Qualifications: • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree • 4+ years professional information technology development experience
