I have a job opening for a senior level J2EE developer. Must have the following experience/skills:  


Responsibilities:
	Responsible for design and development of components on large scale, complex application in a multi-user environment 
	Proactive in solving problems
	Understands big picture (cause/impacts)

Required Skills:
	5+ years full life cycle development
	4+ years designing and implementing multi-tiered enterprise Java applications
	Experience with JDK 1.4 (JDK 1.5 preferred)
	Experience with J2EE 1.4 (J2EE 1.5 preferred)
	Proficient with relational databases and technologies
	Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible
	Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
	Strong communications skills
	Oracle, UNIX, and JBOSS
	JUNIT, WebServices (JAX-WS), Eclipse RCP, Hibernate, GWT (desired),JSF, XML related technologies (JaxB, XML, XPath, XSLT)

Must have experience working for well known and respected companies. This is a permanent position so must be looking for a permanent position (salary). This is NOT a contract position.
