I.  OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Front-End Developer, you must have the ability to define, create and complete a technical task without a great deal of guidance. Must have the ability to be creative and innovative, and work well independently and as a team player.  Experience with JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, Macromedia Flash, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS is required. Strong UI design skills with solid written and verbal communications skills are also required. You'll work well within teams of developers and have good communication skills. This job requires organization, professionalism and the ability to multi-task.

II.  SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Coding JavaScript, HTML, ActionScript 2.0 and CSS from scratch 
•	Ability to resolve JavaScript, HTML and web-related issues.
•	Estimate production time of projects and communicate them to the Production Management team
•	Understand technical requirements of each project and convey them to the production team
•	Prepare weekly status reports

III.  SKILLS

A.	REQUIRED
•	3+ years of HTML/DHTML/JavaScript industry experience.
•	HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/CSS programming with cross-browser, cross-platform experience.
•	Proficient at hand coding JavaScript, HTML and CSS from scratch.
•	Flash MX and ActionScript 1.0 (2.0 a plus) highly desire.

B.	DESIRED
•	Proficiency with cross-browser/platform performance.

IV.   BEHAVIOR 
•	Ability to interact competently and coherently with designers, product managers, programmers and QA team.
•	Ability to work with minimal supervision on short-term projects.
•	High attention to detail and ability to work and manage files in an extremely organized manner.
