Our client needs a very technical PM to help manage a distressed project (proof of concept to deployment).  This PM will work with off-shore resources and internal staff to manage the development of a Java J2EE project.  This PM should have excellent technical experience working with J2EE and Websphere. A technical phone screen will be required.  

Experience:  Ideally looking for someone with 7-10 years experience as a Technical PM 

Required Skills : 

Project Management Experience 7+ years 
J2EE PM Experience 3+ years 
WebSphere PM Experience 1+ years 

Nice to Have:
Tivoli TIM/TAM
