Multiple positions available 

We are continuing to build our Current Engineering organization which helps in managing day to day issues coming from the field in our Mobile Email and Device Management products and solutions. This team not only manages the daily issue bug fixes, but dives deep in to the analysis of these issues and finds ways to improve the product. These solutions will include devising with new design ideas or proposals to the core product team. Also works on RFI/RFQs to identify the feature gaps in the product and propose the customization options to the delivery teams.

To augment this team, we are currently searching for strong Software Engineers who will help diagnose, fix the problems and if required do enhancements to the product. As a developer you will work with an established development team where needed while working with QA, support and delivery teams in identifying and fixing the issues. This role will also need strong analytical and problem solving skills along with welcoming day to day challenges/issues from the field. 


Job Restrictions:

This role requires a person who can dive deep in to different components/areas of the product written in Java and C/C++ languages and multiple platforms for the issues root cause analysis and fixes. Independently works and finds the possible fixes and comes up with suggestions on ways to improve the product in order to avoid these kinds of issues happening in the future. 
- 5 to 10 years development experience 
- Minimum 3 years experience in Java and J2EE applications development
- Minimum 2 years C++ development experience
- Experience in working on relational databases like Sybase, MS SQL, MySQL
- Experience in working on Hibernate, Struts, JSPs and Web Sites development 
- Minimum 2 years experience at internet protocol level (HTTP(S), TCP/IP) 
- Experience in Apache Ant, bat, make, Cruise Control and other related build tools and utilities
- Experience in POP/IMAP, LDAP, SOAP, REST protocols is a plus
- Development experience on Windows and Linux Operating Systems
