Mid level and Senior level Java/J2EE Developers for SRC/ Software Research Center - full time positions

The Mid-level Developer will work on various development projects using advanced technology in the Java/J2EE space. You must have a passion for leading (almost bleeding) edge technology. Excellent work environment.

Required Skills:
Ideal candidates will have solid Java experience. These positions are Java centric and selected candidates must have some sort of research background. There is a mid-level position but they will take a college graduate if they are sharp technically (rockstar), and have some research experience. We are also looking for someone Sr. for this group who has a research background. Two of the Sr. developers currently on the team have PHDs, one from GA Tech & one from Emory just give you an idea of of the ideal candidates we are hoping to find. Experience with .Net is also a plus as there is a combination of both platforms. Exposure to open source technologies is a huge plus, as this group will be researching the use of open source technologies on behalf of the organization. Experience with Hibernate, Spring a huge plus. Previous experience with mainframe technologies is also a huge plus.
