BIAS Resources, an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner, has an opportunity available for a Sr. J2EE Web Developer in Alpharetta, GA

* Responsible for design and development of web applications including maintenance of legacy applications 
* Proactive in solving problems 
* Understands big picture (cause/impacts) 

Knowledge and Skills 
•	5+ years of web development experience using Java/J2EE  (Servlets, JSP) on Unix platform
•	Experience in the complete development life cycle 
•	Proficiency with at least one of the leading J2EE application servers - Redhat JBoss is preferred
•	Proficiency with X/HTML,  Javascript, XML, XML Schema, XLST and XPath – must have experience with transforming XML document from one format to another using XLST and XPath)
•	Proficiency with the following open source frameworks/tools – Struts, Ant, Junit, Eclipse, Subversion
•	Working knowledge of Oracle database
•	Working knowledge of Unix/Scripting 
•	Understanding of Web Services technology – WSDL, UDDI and SOAP
•	Ability to mentor Junior level teammates 
Nice to Have Skills
•	Working knowledge of web services and Apache Axis
•	Working knowledge of MySQL
•	Perl/CGI experience
•	 MS ASP experience 

Preferred Skills: 
* J2SE 1.5 (non AWT) 
* Java EE 5 
* XML related technologies (XML, XPath, XSLT) 
* Apache 
* JavaScript, Perl and C/ProC are major pluses 
* Classic ASP is also a plus
