Job Purpose:
A mid-level  J2EE Developer/Architect role.  The person will provide technical expertise in design and development of the application components required to integrate a complex J2EE application. This position requires that the candidate must be able perform analysis and work interactively with others.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 
Minimum of 2 years professional software development experience 
Must have strong J2EE - Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML/DHTML, and JavaScript 
Must have strong RDBMS experience including excellent SQL skills 
Experience with web-based Java application development 
Experience writing and debugging multi-threaded Java applications is preferred 
Individual must take initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision 
Excellent communication and verbal skills 
Must thrive in a fast-paced, small team work environment 
Other Technology used, but not required (AJAX, STRUTS, JSLT, IBATIS, LINUX, Sql Server, AXIS, Web Serivces, Eclipse, SVN, Hibernate, XHTML, JFree Report, Jasper Report, XML)
