Soltech is searching for a highly talented hands-on J2EE Developer to work on building a web 2.0 framework. The Software responsibilities include design and development for an SOA environment, leveraging industry standard technologies including J2EE (without EJBs), Spring and Hibernate. This individual will be a key member of a critically important Architecture Center of Excellence, developing technical standards, defining, building and optimizing controls. He/she will help shape the application / architecture that will become the engine driving the company's explosive growth and success. 

Required Skills: 

• At least 2 years experience building software solutions and ability to write java on the fly 
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and goal oriented 
• Experience creating development frameworks for use by other application development teams
