SolTech is searching for a skilled Java/J2EE architect who can bring both business vision/problem solving and also strong methodology and structure. The position provides architecture, design and development technical leadership.

The architect will work with cutting edge technology to research and recommend extensive redesign and expansion of an existing technical enginer. The architect will need to provide knowledge transfer to the inhouse team so they can support the new system long-term.


Required Skills:

o 5+ years Java/J2EE development
o Current experience at the Architect level with specific experience in both Architecture and Methodogy
o Strong consultative presence and the ability to provide vision and leadership to technical groups while supporting user/business groups
o Current hands-on technical facility with both classic J2EE technologies and also latest open source technologies
o Knowledge of Enterprise Server Bus a plus
