Our client provides the most complete integrated solutions available anywhere for tax filing/reporting, tax deposits/payments, US tax calculation, deferred income tax calculations, taxability assessments, wage attachments, tax location, Canadian tax calculation, etc. for individual companies and organizations, service bureaus and application service providers that operate with their payroll systems. Our client’s products are widely used, processing more than 15 million employee and recipients for thousands of customers of all types and sizes. Browser-based and client/server versions of our Products are available for all major servers, web servers and databases resulting in more than 1700 supported platforms. Additionally, our client markets its Products directly to customers as well as through Business Partners which include many of the largest and most well known payroll/Hr suppliers and service providers in the industry. 

We are looking for 2 Sr. Java / JEE Developers to join our client’s development team in Norcross for an initial 4-6 Month project with the potential of converting to a permanent employee. The team is currently working on a cutting edge dash-board / portal application that will combine our customers’ suite of existing service offerings; the project is approx half way thru completion, however, continued increase in scope and changes in functionality now require additional resources to help deliver the project within it’s deadlines. A desire to work in a dynamic team working on advanced technologies is paramount for this role. Qualified candidates will take a 30 minute online Java test and we will move directly to a face to face interview immediately. 

Skills Desired • Java Open Source Framework: Spring, Hibernate, Struts, AXIS, ANT • J2EE, Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), Java Servlets, Tag Libraries • JDBC, JMS, JNDI, XML, JAXP, Swing, Java IDE • Databases: Oracle, PL/SQL, DB2, SQL Server • BEA WebLogic, WebSphere Portal Server, Portlet Programming, Struts • Portlet Design Enterprise Applications with J(2)EE, Object-Oriented Design & Analysis, J(2)EE & GoF Design pattern • Strong knowledge of the software lifecycle, UML, Agile, Rational Unified Process (RUP) development methodologies • Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), SOAP, WSDL, UDDI • LOG4J, JUnit
