Agile is seeking user interface developers for several openings with highly visible client which is located in the north Atlanta area.

User Interface Engineer 
As a member of the IT User Interface Engineering team the engineer will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Candidate must be able to: 

Create and maintain dynamic user interface templates for multiple applications 
Actively partner with project team members in identifying usability issues and make resolution recommendations 
Stay current with web standards, application architectures, and deployment techniques. 
Work effectively in a very fluid, high-communication, product delivery centric environment. 
Work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects or requests. 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES: 

Develop new or maintain existing programs based on specifications 
Develop, implement and maintain unit tests of programs 
Participate in requirements gathering and definition 
Participate in testing for the assigned application, functional area or project 
Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting for the assigned application, functional area or project 
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the assigned application, functional area or project 
Share knowledge by effectively documenting work and code 
Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and taking responsibility for seeing those issues through to resolution. 
Work with Project Managers to understand business objectives and provide technical assessments, UI recommendations, risk analysis, and accurate development estimates. 
Use insight, creativity, and research to suggest and/or implement new interfaces, design alternatives and usability improvements that increase the value of the product. 
Mentor less experienced User Interface Engineers 
 
 
Required Skills 
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 
3-6 years professional experience developing dynamic web pages for high-volume, multi-tier architecture based applications. 
Basic project management skills to track all project work. 
Exceptional customer service attitude and interpersonal skills. 
Good working knowledge of: 

HTML/XHTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript/DOM Scripting, AJAX, JSP, SQL, XML, IDE (Eclipse, NetBeans, IntelliJ IDEA, EMACS, VIM), CVS/SVN, MS Office, Large-scale enterprise web application development. 
 
 
Desired Skills 
Highly Desirable Skills: JSF, Java, UNIX, Photoshop, Extreme Programming, Visio, Apache and Apache Tomcat web servers, Automated Testing Applications (Selenium preferred).  
 
Non-Tech Skills
