Need 2 Sr. Java Developers and 2 Jr. Java Developers

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SR. DEVELOPER:
5 or more years of Java software development
Embedded experience, specially with Cable/Satellite/IPTV set top boxes
2 or more years of software development in a distributed network systems
Sockets, RPC and similar protocols
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environment
Ability to write architecture and design documents, and work with client teams to gather requirements and architect systems to meet those requirements
Strong interpersonal and communications skills - verbal as well as written
Ability to lead a project team
Ability and desire to work as part of a team 

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR JR. DEVELOPERS:
Required Skills: 
Basic understanding of Object-Oriented software development
C, C++ and/or Java (java preferred)
Good understanding of software testing
Able to work with minimal supervision
Great communication skills and self motivated
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix
 
Desired Skills:
Sockets & TCP/IP
Experience working on embedded platforms or digital video delivery
