Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position involves Java/J2EE development for a large, web-based, call center application which supports multiple call centers in the U.S.  Secondary responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of customer facing web applications in support of various clients.
The development environment consists of Websphere 5.1 (WSAD), RAD6.0, Java/J2EE, MVC/Struts/Spring, EJB, Hibernate, and Oracle.


REQUIRED SKILLS: 
Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, MVC, Struts/Tiles, JavaScript, XML, Oracle, Websphere (WSAD), Design Patterns.

Should possess a minimum of 2 years experience with solid hands-on development in a large web application development environment (commercial-grade).  Experience with commercial IDE/Application Server as well as Struts/MVC is key and candidate should have the ability to comprehend and apply new technologies as well.  They will actively participate in design discussions and work directly with other team members to define technical requirements and coordinate project goals.
