CORE JAVA and Oracle:

Responsible for designing/developing new applications based on a large data-centric system utilizing following technologies Java, Oracle 10, PL/SQL, Web/XML, Solaris, etc. Will participate in the full software development lifecycle.  Responsibilities include analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation and support.  Must work with Management, Marketing, QC, Support, and other engineers in the group. 



Job Restrictions:

Required Skills and Respondsibilties:

* 6+ years of software development experience required. 
* 4+ years of heavy Java programming experience required. 
* 4+ years of Oracle RDBMS and SQL experience required. 
* 4+ years of UNIX development required; Solaris preferred. 
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. 
* Excellent communications and writing skills required. 
* Must be a quick learner and a self-starter. 
* Experience programming in C++ and PL/SQL is a plus. 
* Experience with OOD, UML modeling tools and the use of design patterns. 
* Ability to operate in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
