We are looking for a Senior JAVA J2EE Developer that desires a solid contract position. This person needs to be able to act as a motivator and will be instrumental in developing applications for Inventory Management Supply Chain.  Be a self-starter and a creative problem solver that is dependable, highly organized, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines without full supervision.  Excellent leadership and follow-up skills are crucial. Can take charge of the team and take ownership and responsibility for the development side of the project.  Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.  Can create partners across IT and business teams.  Has sense of urgency in finding and resolving issues identified, is flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment.  Must be able to learn our business environment and to relate technical requirements to our business requirements.   

Required Skills:         JAVA, J2EE, Struts, DB2, SQL. JavaScript, EJB 
Preferred Skills:         Clearcase, Quality Testing, .NET (C#)
Years of  experience: 5-7      

Daily Assignment:   Contribute to design, development, testing, and support of JAVA/J2EE applications.

Detailed Description of needed deliverable: High-quality code that will pass a rigorous unit, system and integration test performed by the developer

6 month contract that is likely to be being extended, $50 to $60 an hour depending on whether or not you are incorporated.
