I am looking for mission-focused, outgoing, and professional candidates, to pursue
a career in an explosively growing organization in health care. The primary product
is a remotely hosted analytics web application, which integrates with Practice 
Management Systems. In January, you would have your own office.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Those who have not
fully bought into the highest of Western ethical and value systems, or who would
require sponsorship need not apply. Local candidates only.

Requirements:
2-3 years job specific experience that would provide the following skill set:

1. Languages: Java, JSP, SQL

2. Databases: Relational databases

3. Web Technologies: HTML, Web Servers

Optional:

1. Languages: C# and/or C++, JavaScript
2. Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSTL, Struts, DWR (AJAX)
3. Databases: SQL Server, MS Access, OLAP
4. Technologies: Data warehousing
5. What-if financial scenario projection
