Required Skills:
•	2 + projects through the full system Support lifecycles to a Production environment
•	Experience with developing Web applications in ASP.NET and Java in a Windows Server environment (Windows 2000 and above)
•	Experience with SQL databases, including sound knowledge of SQL
•	3+ years of web development or support including HTML, JavaScript, CSS

Desired Skills:
•	2 + years of experience using Vignette Application Portal (V 4.5 and above)
•	3+ years of experience on Windows Server environment (Windows 2000 and above) 
•	3+ years of J2EE experience in technologies like: Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JNDI, Web Services
•	2+ years of experience with BEA Weblogic application server 6.0 and above
•	2+ years of experience with XML and XSL
•	2+ years of operational experience with IIS (5 and above)
•	Experience using one of the following Java integrated Support environments: NetBeans, Eclipse, or Jdeveloper.
•	Experience in developing JSR 168 compliant portlets integrating into back end systems
