Soft Skills
   Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
   Must be able to coordinate and lead a small team of developers
   Must be able to deliver on tight deadlines

Technical Skills
   Must be an expert in Java in a J2EE environment.
   Must be well versed in using Java running on Linux environment with
   JBOSS
   No ramp up time in Java will be allowed must hit the ground sprinting.
   Must not be 100% dedicated that Java is the only long term solution.  We
   are a .net shop however this particular project is going to require Java
   for the time, shortly after go live we will be looking to retool in
   .net.
   Should have some experience in .net or other technology.

Travel
   For the first portion of the project (next 3-6 months) travel could be
   as much as 50%    After initial phase of project is completed travel should reduce to 10%
   or less.

Education
   Should have a bachelors degree or higher in computer management /
   science or equivalent work experience.
