The Project Group is currently searching for software developers with an in-depth understanding of server-side programming. 

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills: 

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
- Thorough understanding of Client Server and Object-Oriented Programming
- At least two years of experience with at least two of the following languages is required: Java, PHP, Perl, Python, or C++
- At least two (preferably more) years of web-based programming experience required
- Must be comfortable working with Oracle and MySQL. Experiences with other databases is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a Linux environment and understand basic Unix/Linux commands

Candidates should also have some experience with the following:

- Design and analysis 
- Online gaming, especially running game fan sites 
- SOAP experience 
- SNMP experience
