The position requires software engineering skills with the ability to communicate complex system details to various teams within Fair Isaac as well as LCT Clients. The tasks are wide ranging from analysis of current system to major software enhancements to support new capabilities. The successful candidate will have experience in all stages of software development life cycle including:
• Working with customers and LCT project management to define business and technical requirements and provide estimated effort.
• Designing changes within an existing frame work and architecture and developing timelines for projects.
• Developing changes that are efficient and can easily maintained. 
• Working with internal and client QA teams to through the testing cycle and quickly responding to issues that may occur.
• Migration to production migration and post installation support

This position also requires the candidate to be on Level 2 pager support. The support rotation is currently 24/7 for a period of two weeks. During this support period, the duties include trouble shooting problems with the client and escalating to other teams and management when necessary.

Overall, the successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter that is detailed oriented and can handle several tasks at once. The candidate has to be able to work with a team that is widely dispersed.


Job Restrictions:

For consideration, candidates will have:

• 5 Years of experience with UNIX C/C++,
• 2 Years of experience with Java, JSP and Eclipse IDE
• 2 Years of XML experience
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• MS Project Experience
• MS Visio Experience
• UNIX Korn or Bash Shell Experience
