Position-  Java Software Architect  

Location:  Seattle, Washington (Relocation package offered for Candidates outside WA state

Compensation -  Base up to $140 with bonus and stock options ( up to $200K US.)

$2000 referral fee offered for Candidates referred and hired by client subject to passing of 90 day probationary period.

Its  is recommended that any qualified software architect applicant coming from a high volume e-commerce industry focused on consumers should apply to this great opportunity. 

The industries that are high transactional include the following - banking, retail, insurance, hospitality, travel, entertainment and many other industries that are consumer driven.

 MUST BE JAVA EXPERT. Must also be very proficient in QUEUE, JMS, Sonic and ESB.


 Must having the following qualifications:


1. 7 to 10 years  work experience in setting up architectural next generation technology platform.
2. Significant experience  with high volume e-commerce multi-tier architecture across all phases of development from analysis to delivery. 
3.experience with server-side application development frameworks, environments technologies such as c/c++, java, spring framework, hibernate, jms, jni, jaxb, axis, hessian, xml, and soap.

4. Experience with open source and commercial application frameworks that enable design, development, testing, and deployment of web services and service oriented architectures
5. Proficiency with xml standards/protocols (SOAP, XSLT, etc.) As well as developing and applying custom xml schemas.
6.design documentation experience desired including proficiency applying UML through the design process.
7. Manage and lead software engineers with multiple projects with focus on priorities and deadlines.
8. Be able to define and implement design code reviews 
9.strong communication skills including presentation skills.
10. Be able to work independently and as part of a corporate team.



This position is located in Washington State.
