POSITION: 
Location: Buckhead (near Williams Street) 
Full Time/Direct Hire

Responsibilities: 
· Exceptional C++/C#/Java programming skills 
· Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit and Integration testing of Business applications in an object oriented environment. 
· Manage full life-cycle development using agile development methodologies 
· Provide proper documentation throughout development life cycle 
· Follow, create, and improve software development process 
· Ensure code reuse 
· Ensure proper backup and protection of code base 
· Willingness to learn New technologies 

REQUIRED SKILLS: 
· BS/BA or equivalent experience 
· 5 years of experience in software engineering 
· 3- 5 years experience in J2EE technologies, JBOSS, Tomcat. 
· 2 years minimum experience on database development using MS SQL Server or equivalent. 
· 3 years of experience in client server technologies, XML, SOAP, Web services 
· Experience with distributed component applications using DCOM and .NET Remoting desired 
· Extensive Windows OS development experience (ex: .Dll, .Com) with C#/C++ languages 
· Strong knowledge of PC systems and the Win32 API 
· Experience with multithreading and use of asynchronous IO. 
· Experience writing and deploying Windows services desired. 
· Experience utilizing network communications, sockets, inter-process messaging desired. 
· Familiarity in Configuration Management. 
· Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
· Ability to work well in teams. 
· Creative problem solving skills 
· Initiative and self motivated
