We are an e-commerce technology start-up with rapid
growth in the past 1 year. We have a well established
client base of the Fortune 500 companies. We are now
hiring a Java Developer to join our core development
team. 
1. Design and implement J2EE Web applications.
Involved in every aspect of the software development
life cycle.
2. 50% new development 50% maintenance.
3. Interact (email, IM, phone) with US clients to
discuss technical issues
4. Manage sub-projects outsourced to China (email, IM,
speaking Chinese is preferred)
5. Flexible in work place ( Working from home)

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of full time, paid web development skills
using primarily Java and J2EE.
2. Strong background in Struts, Tiles, JDBC, JSP,
JSTL, Ant, Tomcat,Eclipse and relational database.
3. MS SQL Server experience
4. Knowing Ibatis is prefered but not required.
5. Web Service, Apache Axis, XML
6. Experience in Linux environment
7. BS/MS CS/EE
