Required Skills 

·         Strong Core Java Programming 
·         JEE experience focusing- JDBC, JTA, JMS, EJB, JNDI, JAAS    
·         Struts 
·         SQL 
·         Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML and Design Patterns 
·         Application Servers: Websphere / Weblogic/JBoss (experience in at least one) 
·         Databases :Oracle/DB2/SQLServer (experience in at least one) 
·         Version Control: PVCS/CVS/Subversion (experience in at least one)          
·         Unit testing tools - JUnit or similar 
·         XML Schemas 
 

Preferred:

·         IDE- IBM Rational Application Developer(RAD)/Eclipse/Net Beans
·         Enterprise Java Beans 3.0
·         Web Services
·         Security using LDAP
·         Ant
·         Rating Engines
·         Document and Letter Generation
·         Content Management
·         Experience in consulting and iterative product development
