Duties
•	Exceptional C++/C#/Java programming skills
•	Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit and Integration testing of Business applications in an object oriented environment.
•	Manage full life-cycle development using agile development methodologies
•	Provide proper documentation throughout development life cycle
•	Follow, create, and improve software development process
•	Ensure code reuse
•	Ensure proper backup and protection of code base
•	Willingness to learn New technologies


Job Restrictions:

Position Requirements
•	BS/BA or equivalent experience
•	5 years of experience in software engineering
•	3- 5 years experience in J2EE technologies, JBOSS, Tomcat.
•	2 years minimum experience on database development using MS SQL Server or equivalent.
•	3 years of experience in client server technologies, XML, SOAP, Web services
•	Experience with distributed component applications using DCOM and .NET Remoting desired
•	Extensive Windows OS development experience (ex: .Dll, .Com) with C#/C++ languages
•	Strong knowledge of PC systems and the Win32 API
•	Experience with multithreading and use of asynchronous IO.
•	Experience writing and deploying Windows services desired.
•	Experience utilizing network communications, sockets, inter-process messaging desired.
•	Familiarity in Configuration Management.
•	Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•	Ability to work well in teams.
•	Creative problem solving skills
•	Initiative and self motivated
