IBS Americas has been asked to find a strong Senior J2EE Software developer/Architect for a solid permanent position. The successful candidate will have exemplary development and leadership skills with experience in J2EE, Oracle, XML/XSL, and Hibernate as well as an intimate knowlege of full SDLC experience from planning to implementation and support.

Required Skills:

5+ Years development experience 

Java, J2EE, XML/XSL

JBoss, Oracle, JUNIT, Unix

Strong ability to lead teams and participate in code review

Incredible subjective presence with the ability to mentor others into leadership roles

JBuilder, Eclipse, UML modeling tools

Non-Tech Skills:
