SolTech is aggressively seeking Mid to Senior level J2EE developers.  We are recruiting for consulting positions with our firm as well as for full-time positions with some of our clients.

We are seeking Sr. J2EE developers with experience in classic J2EE as well as Open Source (Struts, Spring, Hibernate). Experience in using techniques of analysis, design, and prototyping, developing, and testing; as well as, providing assistance and direction to other Software Engineers is required.

Required Skills:
* A bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related field, or equivalent work experience. 
* 3+ years of Java software development experience.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* HTML and Graphic Implementation Experience.
* Knowledge of J2EE APIs, threading, Servlets, and JMS (EJB and 
framework knowledge is not enough).
* Participated in the full life cycle of projects.
