Technical Experience 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and release quality products on-time, experience with all life-cycle phases of product development on at least two projects. 
• Must be a practioner of software development best practices - including design for testability and maintainability, writing clean and robust code, promoting software reuse, guarding variabilities against change, sufficient unit tests, documentation, configuration management discipline, and post release maintenance/updates. 
• 5+ years experience in the development of object-oriented software applications using JAVA, C#, and/or C++. 
• 3+ years experience with object analysis and modeling and methodologies preferably in multiple domains. Ability to articulate design decisions during design reviews. Demonstrated experience in developing open/closed solutions. 
• Experience with distributed computing technologies, such as, J2EE/CORBA/DCOM especially with RMI, EJB, JDBC, JMS, and JTA/JTS. Experience in designing and building medium/large-scale n-tier client server architectures is a plus. 
• Experience with relational database technology and transactional processing (Schema, Stored Procedures, SQL on Oracle, SQLServer, etc). 
• Experience within at least 1 vertical area of enterprise level domains, such as, SOA/Web Services, Security, Business Rules, Persistence, Templates/Scripting, Event driven asynchronous processing/job processing, Domain Modeling, Performance Tuning, etc. 
• Working knowledge of front-end Internet technologies (HTML, XML, XSLT, JSP, etc.) is a plus. 
• Framework design and development experience is a plus. 
• Specific experience with Jrockit + Weblogic + Lintel a plus. 
• Expertise with building highly scalable server applications is a plus.

• Must possess a Computer Science degree. 
• Should use experience and analysis to develop creative and innovative solutions. Research, present and/or make recommendations on technical issues. 
• Should accurately predict time required to complete development tasks; adhere closely to development plans 
• Should anticipate changes to a product specification or schedule as they become necessary during a development cycle.
