To analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer Systems. 
Possess IT or business related two or four year college degree, or four years of experience in a large-scale Information Services environment. Requirements: 
3 years experience with JAVA, J2EE, XML, Java Script, XQueryMust have an expert knowledge level of Java SE. 
Must have J2EE Experience and the Ability to apply the knowledge. 
Possess strong knowledge and experience in XML, XHTML, XQuery and XPath. 
Must have applied experience in Swing development. 
Should possess a working understanding of AJAX and it methodologies.
