To analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer Systems.   Possess IT or business related two or four year college degree, or four years of experience in a large-scale Information Services environment. 

Requirements: 
3 years experience with JAVA, J2EE, XML, Java Script. 
Must have an expert knowledge level of Java SE. 
Must posses strong knowledge and experience in J2EE application development and have the ability to apply the knowledge. 
Should possess a working understanding of AJAX and its methodologies.
