4 Java/J2EE (Back-End) Developer openings - immediate interview and start date.  

Requirements:

2-4 yrs Java/J2EE experience; 6-7 yrs total I.T. experience
Strong Core Java (JDBC, JDK, etc.) and back-end (EJB) skills
Strong T-SQL skills - Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning, queries.  Do not need to know Triggers
XML
JBoss preferred; but another app. server will suffice (Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache)
Opensource technologies such as xdoclet and JBoss  (Opensource means it's open to the public - or free to download and use)
Strong testing skills (JUnit, Eclipse, ANT)
Experience in a fast-paced environment; a team player who can wear multiple hats and multi-task
Degree preferred
