We are seeking a great Java/J2EE Developer with strong generalist skills who can also bring specific and in-depth strength to Rich Client Development using SWING and MVC Architecture. Your initial project at SolTech will be to support bleeding edge development of a new multi-platform rich client application for one of our clients. (Our client is an in-town-based software vendor doing some of the sexiest work in town. You’ll be working on site and have the opportunity to be a part of an extremely strong development shop.)

We are looking for:

•	Degree (required; high preference for Comp Sci; advanced degree prfd)
•	5+ years Java/J2EE Development
•	Expert level SWING (required) (including concurrency & threading techniques)
•	Automated Testing/JUnit
•	Specific Rich Client Development Experience
•	Agile Development Background
•	Heavy MVC Background
