Java/Web Application Development Mgr: URGENT!!

SolTech has been asked to identify a talented Web Application Development Manager for one of our clients. This is an EXTREMELY URGENT NEED. We are seeking a strong technical leader with current staff & task management experience and also a high degree of hands-on technical expertise in Java/J2EE.

Our client is an extremely profitable and fast-growing company based in Downtown Atlanta. The company has continued to enjoy phenomenal growth and is poised to become the world-wide leader in its business area. This is a challenging and fast-paced environment and contributors at this company have consistently earned excellent reward in the form of career path and promotion.

We are looking for a technical manager who will oversee multiple J2EE design and build projects that are absolutely critical. This high visibility position will drive tasks and teams of developers and analysts. While responsibilities do not include hands-on code production, this position demands in-depth Java/J2EE technical prowess at the complex code level. To be considered, candidates MUST have current task and team management experience and MUST have hands-on experience in Java/J2EE design & code.

We Require:

•	6+ years of overall IT experience strongly focused on Java/J2EE-based Web-enabled systems
•	Current experience in BOTH staff and task management
•	Strong Java/J2EE Development background. (You will have to pass a thorough Java test)
•	Degree; Sun certifications strongly preferred
